I have been itching to blog, and yet feeling like I don't know what to write about... there is so much going on in our lives and yet so little to actually say about it - doesn't that frustrate you sometimes?

Anyhow, I thought you might enjoy these photos I took a few weeks ago.  My Gracie decided she wanted to learn to sew.  I found the cut-off portion of some jeans and let her practice making straight seams.  It's a pity the poor girl has to learn sewing from me, since I'm no good at it.  At the same time I'm thankful that she is interested... such a little domestic thing.  I love her.
